One of the main components of your box is a 1-year membership to the ADR411 network – which is the first dedicated practice development website of its kind. Instructions for activating your membership account may be found on the inside label of the Golden Media/ADR411 network CD case and also on the CD included.

1-to-1 Practice Development Consulting

Also enclosed with this letter, you will find a certificate which entitles you to one hour of practice development consulting with Natalie J. Armstrong. Please note that this certificate has no expiration date (however it is non-refundable). Please feel free to contact our office at any time to schedule your hour of consulting. After scheduling your consultation, you will need to mail Golden Media the original certificate prior to the consultation. Any time spent over one-hour of consulting will be billed at the normal rate of $225/hour or current hourly rates.

Logo & Corporate ID Templates

This box contains several logo images for building your corporate ID package. Once you have selected the image you would like to use for your personal corporate ID package, please contact our office with your choice. Golden Media will assist in typesetting your business and contact information into your chosen logo design, and then will prepare three versions of the logo and corporate ID package (i.e. letterhead, second sheet, envelopes, business cards, mailing labels and announcements) from which you can choose your final design for printing. Please note that printing costs are not included.

ADR Office Management Toolkit

One of the publications you’ll find inside this box is the “ADR Office Management Toolkit” – a complete book of forms and letters specifically designed by Golden Media’s in-house marketing team to help you offer the highest level of service to your clients.

These forms should save you numerous hours of developing your own materials for your practice.
